Job summary

Permobil in Belleville, IL is hiring a Maintenance Skilled Technician for the 2nd shift to keep ROHO equipment running, perform preventive maintenance, and support ongoing improvements. The role demands strong mechanical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

This full-time position offers a pay range of $28.00–$32.00 per hour, with overtime availability and a schedule of Sunday–Thursday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical-equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Good communication, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all ROHO equipment with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect and repair machinery, conveyors and production equipment.
• Log work and failures to build a predictive maintenance program.
• Ensure safe, clean and compliant operation of equipment.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
