Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 2 years in a shop with hydraulics, electrical, and air systems; heavy equipment, waste and recycling experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Tools: Must provide and maintain basic hand and diagnostic tools.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Compliance: Pass MVR, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of equipment and systems following safety protocols.
• Carry out assembly, repair, and preventive maintenance as per specs.
• Operate diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems.
• Handle parts, lubricants, and fluids safely and dispose of waste per regs.
• Report issues and safety concerns to management promptly.
