Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 2 years in a shop environment with hydraulic, electrical, and air systems.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Must provide basic hand and diagnostic tools.
• Age: 18+.
• Pass MVR, background, DOT physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of equipment and systems and follow safety protocols.
• Carry out assembly, repair, and preventive maintenance with proper torque and specs.
• Operate diagnostic tools to identify issues with heavy equipment like sweepers.
• Handle components, lubricants, and fluids; dispose of used materials properly.
• Report issues and safety concerns to management promptly.
• Communicate maintenance needs to operators and team members.
• Complete documentation: service reports, safety checklists, and compliance forms.
