Job summary

Lozier Corporation is hiring for a manufacturing technician on the 2nd shift (4x10 schedule) in Indiana. The role involves setting up Punch, Brake, and Automatic presses to meet specifications, plus basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.

You will communicate setup issues to operators and supervisors and assist in maintaining safety and cleanliness on the floor. The position includes a $1,000 bonus after 90 days, a first pay increase after 6 months, PTO and holidays, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications in order to obtain maximum productivity.
• Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
• Communicate problems pertaining to the set-up of equipment and tooling to Machine Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
• Follow-up with Machine Operators to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and participate in continuous improvement projects.
