Job summary

Lozier Corporation is hiring a 2nd Shift Saw Operator in Middlebury, IN. Schedule is 4x10: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am. Start pay is $25.51 per hour with a $1,000 bonus after 90 days for new hires, plus benefits and development programs.

The role involves setting up presses, basic CNC/laser programming, blueprint reading, and using measuring tools. Candidates should be able to lift and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently have or be able to obtain forklift license.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Working knowledge of measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, protractor, micrometer).
• Die setup experience in brake press, stamping, or injection molding.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set-up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications for productivity.
• Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
• Communicate problems to Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
• Follow-up with Operators to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and attend to priorities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Reliably attend and support shift operations.
