Job summary

Lozier Corporation, a leading manufacturer serving retailers and warehouses, is seeking a skilled associate for the 2nd shift on a 4x10 schedule. The role involves setting up punching, brake, and automatic presses to achieve optimal productivity.

Basic laser/CNC programming and strong attention to safety are essential for success. Candidates should be able to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and perform die setup in braking, stamping, or injection molding processes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain forklift license
• Able to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Familiarity with measurement tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer) is required
• Experience possible in brake press, stamping or injection molding environments
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are expected

Responsibilities

• Set up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and Automatic Presses to meet specifications
• Provide basic programming for laser or CNC equipment
• Report equipment/tooling issues to Operators, Supervisors and Technicians
• Coordinate with Operators to maintain safe, efficient operation
• Adapt to a fast-paced shift with changing priorities
• Maintain reliable attendance and a clean, safe work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
