Lozier Corporation in Middlebury, IN is seeking a 2nd shift die setter to set up presses, read blueprints, and perform basic CNC/laser tasks for high productivity. This role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strict quality standards.

The position offers a 4x10 schedule, 3:30pm–2:00am, with a $23.17 hourly wage and a $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools (tape, caliper, micrometer).
• Die setup experience in brake press, stamping or molding.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up punches and presses to meet specifications and productivity goals.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure correct tooling and settings.
• Communicate issues to operators and supervisors for safe operations.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to procedures.
