Lozier Corporation is seeking a manufacturing associate for the 2nd shift (3:30pm–2:00am) on a 4x10 schedule. The role focuses on setting up presses, basic CNC programming, and ensuring safe, efficient operation on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools (tape, caliper, micrometer).
• Die setup experience in brake press, stamping, or injection molding processes.
• Basic troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications for productivity.
• Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
• Communicate problems to Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
• Monitor equipment operation for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and dependable attendance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
