Job summary

Lozier Corporation is seeking a dedicated operator to support manufacturing of retail and warehouse equipment in Indiana. The role involves setting up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and Automatic Presses to meet specifications and maximize productivity during a 12-hour shift (Friday through Sunday).

A $2.00 per hour shift premium applies to the base rate of $22.39/hr, and a $1,000 bonus is available after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

Forklift license preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing specifications.
Experience with measuring tools such as tape measure, caliper, protractor, and micrometer.
Die setup experience in brake press, stamping, or injection molding processes.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Set up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and Automatic Presses for production specifications and productivity.
Perform basic programming for laser or CNC equipment as needed.
Communicate equipment and tooling issues to Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
Coordinate with Operators to ensure safe and efficient operation and adhere to priorities.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
