Job summary

MiTek Industries in Tolleson, AZ seeks an experienced Die Changeover Technician to support stamping operations. You will handle die setup, changeovers, and tooling maintenance to keep dies production-ready for schedules.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting forming issues, performing tooling changes, and maintaining documentation for die processes. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies and perform die changeovers to ensure production readiness.
• Inspect and assemble tooling per documentation and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot forming and progression issues and respond to nonconforming parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and tool sharpening with the team.
• Coordinate with planners to ensure dies are prepared for planned runs.
