Job summary

Rexel USA in Solon, OH is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor (2nd Shift) to oversee daily DC operations on site. You will lead staffing, training, scheduling, and workflow to meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs, while maintaining security and efficiency.

The role requires managing inbound/outbound processes, using WMS metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Certified to operate all material handling equipment (forklift, Stand-Up Rider pallet Jack, Electric Reach Truck, High-Reach Narrow-Aisle).
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all distribution center activities on the shift.
• Interview, train, and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead inbound/outbound operations to meet safety, inventory and productivity KPIs.
• Ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments and damage-free products.
• Utilize WMS metrics and other tools to increase warehouse productivity.
• Establish work schedules and ensure proper task assignments.
• Maintain safety and security of the distribution center.
