Job summary

Rexel USA in Denver, CO seeks a Distribution Center Assistant Manager to coordinate shift activities and supervise DC staff. The role oversees equipment use, safety, maintenance, and daily operations from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, ensuring accuracy and high productivity.

You will participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews, while maintaining a cohesive, safe work environment across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience at a Distribution Center or warehouse.
• Certified to operate material handling equipment: forklift, stand-up rider pallet jack, electric reach truck, high-reach equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of distribution center material handling, inventory and transportation management.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise distribution center activities on shift.
• Manage use of equipment, facility maintenance, safety, and security.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee schedules, task assignments, and productivity.
• Ensure accurate records and reports; fill in for various DC roles as needed.
