Job summary

Rexel USA in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Second Shift Distribution Center Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all distribution center activities on the shift. You will lead inbound and outbound operations to meet safety, inventory and productivity KPIs, while training staff and ensuring accurate warehousing processes.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing with leadership experience and certification to operate WMS-enabled equipment.

Qualifications

5+ years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience.
2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
Certified to operate all material handling equipment: forklift, Stand-Up Rider pallet Jack, Electric Reach Truck, and High-Reach Narrow-Aisle.
High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise distribution center activities on shift.
Interview, train, assign and direct work; complete performance reviews and address issues.
Supervise departments to maximize accuracy and productivity.
Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment and center security.
Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy.
