Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Distribution Center Supervisor in Mansfield, MA. You will lead the shift, supervise staff, and manage inbound/outbound operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across the distribution center.

The role requires 5+ years of DC experience, leadership skills, and certification to operate all material handling equipment. Strong knowledge of WMS/AS400 is a plus, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Certified to operate all material handling equipment: forklift, Stand-Up Rider pallet Jack, Electric Reach Truck, and High-Reach Narrow-Aisle.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution center activities on the shift, interview and train staff, and assign work.
• Lead inbound/outbound operations to meet Safety, Inventory and Productivity KPIs.
• Ensure accurate, damage-free inbound/outbound shipments and proper receiving, shipping, picking and packing.
