Job summary

Rexel USA in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Second Shift Distribution Center Supervisor to coordinate and supervise distribution center activities on their shift, including hiring, training, planning, and directing work.

You will lead inbound/outbound operations to meet Safety, Inventory and Productivity KPIs, while ensuring accurate shipping, auditing, and leveraging WMS metrics to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Certified to operate material handling equipment: forklift, Stand-Up Rider pallet Jack, Electric Reach Truck, and High-Reach Narrow-Aisle.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all distribution center activities on the shift.
• Interview, train, assign, and direct work; complete performance reviews and address issues.
• Lead inbound/outbound operations to meet safety, inventory and productivity KPIs.
• Supervise and coordinate departments to maximize accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and security of the DC.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, picking and packing of inventory and non-inventory items.
• Establish work schedules, assign jobs, and ensure timely completion; use WMS metrics to boost productivity.
• Evaluate policies/procedures to improve efficiency and recommend changes.
