Job summary

Walman Optical in Toledo, OH, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for 2nd shift to build and maintain customer and vendor relationships while handling quotes, orders, and returns. You will coordinate with departments to ensure the best possible service and will manage stock inquiries and order status, keeping records accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or call center experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to stay composed with difficult customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle price quotations, orders, changes, and cancellations from customers and labs.
• Build rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
• Process returns and coordinate with vendors for returns per policy.
• Assist in assembly and packing for monthly auto-kit mailings.
• Use PC to retrieve and update customer and order information; ensure data accuracy.
