Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service or warehouse office experience.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to read and write English.
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the warehouse and the customer and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Check drivers in/out and coordinate door assignments with dock operations.
• Ensure receipts are accurately entered in the system and match counts.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively to warehouse staff and customers.
• Ensure product is allocated and shipped per customer instructions and tariffs.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and distributing information.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety rules.
