RealCold is hiring a Dock Clerk to ensure smooth warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled facility. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, and schedule carrier appointments.

The role requires clerical experience, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must be 18+, with strong English skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing 50+ WPM.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
