Job summary

The Shelly Company is seeking a 2nd Shift Plant Operator to operate crushers, conveyors and related equipment at an Ohio crushing facility. You will perform routine maintenance, monitor production, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and MSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain records of production, maintenance, and inspections.
• Assist with other plant tasks and materials handling.
