The Shelly Company in Ohio is seeking a Crushing Plant Operator to operate, maintain, and monitor crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient production of crushed aggregates.

The role requires following safety protocols, performing routine maintenance, and documenting production and safety data, with occasional travel and night/weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Heavy equipment experience is helpful.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate crushers, conveyors, screens and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain production records and safety inspections.
• Assist with other plant tasks and material handling.
