The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks a Plant Operating Engineer (Construction) to operate crushers, conveyors, and related equipment at our Ohio plant. You will maintain, monitor and improve crushing operations in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Prior heavy equipment experience is helpful.
• Experience with crushing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, inspection.
• Follow safety guidelines and MSHA/OSHA requirements.
• Document production data and maintenance schedules.
• Assist with other plant tasks as needed.
