Job summary

Greater Nashua Mental Health seeks a Second Shift Coordinator to support Emergency Services. The role covers 2nd shift and weekend coverage, assisting the ES Program Manager with staff supervision, training, and crisis intervention across office, community, and hospital settings.

The Coordinator ensures smooth 2nd shift operations, documents safety checks, and participates in rapid response and on-call rotations to maintain 24/7 emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Licensure preferred (NH LCMHC/LICSW).
• 3–5 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift operations and deploy daily shift tasks.
• Supervise and evaluate 2nd shift clinicians and crisis staff.
• Provide crisis intervention in office, community, and hospital settings.
• Maintain knowledge of Rapid Response and agency policies.
• Lead training and supervision activities for staff.
• Support after-hours and on-call rotation as needed.
• Monitor rapid response deployment readiness.
