Job summary

Greater Nashua Mental Health in Nashua, NH is seeking an Emergency Services Evening Split Shift Coordinator to join our Emergency Services team. This role oversees the Evening Split Shift (7PM – 3AM) operations and provides clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff within a 24/7 crisis services environment.

You will monitor deployment systems, train staff, conduct performance reviews, participate in rapid response deployments, and collaborate with internal and external

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or similar field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in a related role.
• Driver's license required; LCMHC or LISW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operations of Evening Split Shift (7PM–3AM) and lead a daily deployment meeting.
• Provide supervisory support to Afterhours/On-Call teams and crisis staff as needed.
• Monitor deployment systems and NH Access Point interfaces to ensure timely responses.
• Deliver supervision, training, and performance reviews for ES Clinicians and Crisis Support staff.
• Participate in rapid response deployments and contribute to afterhours program operations.
• Maintain knowledge of agency policies and rapid response system; support shift safety and documentation.
