Job summary

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Second Shift Coordinator to join our Emergency Services team in Nashua, NH. The role supports the ES Program Manager, supervises 2nd shift and weekend clinicians, and provides direct crisis intervention across office, community, and hospital settings.

The Coordinator leads daily deployment meetings, ensures safety and van checks, and coordinates with the Afterhours On-Call Team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling.
• Licensed NH LCMHC or LICSW preferred.
• 3–5 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention, risk assessment and trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to staff 24/7 program with non-traditional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the 2nd shift operations and leads a daily deployment meeting.
• Provides supervisory support to 2nd shift and weekend ES staff.
• Trains and reviews performance of ES clinicians and crisis staff.
• Maintains knowledge of Emergency Services and Rapid Response System.
• Reviews ES evaluations and provides clinical feedback.
• Participates in rapid response deployments and on-call rotations.
• Monitors the rapid response system and shift logs.
• Performs administrative tasks to develop the Emergency Services Team.
• Supports hiring and supervision of staff.
