Greater Nashua Mental Health Center in Nashua, NH seeks an Emergency Services Evening Split Shift Coordinator to oversee the 7 PM–3 AM shift, supervise ES clinicians and crisis staff, and coordinate afterhours and on-call functions.

This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely crisis intervention, rapid response deployments, and effective emergency services delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• 35 years work experience required.
• Drivers License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the general operations of Evening Split Shift (7PM 3AM) and supervises ES clinicians, Telehealth clinicians, and Crisis Support Specialists.
• Provides supervisory support to Afterhours agency On Call Team and ACT Teams as needed.
• Monitors deployment systems and NH Access Point to ensure timely deployments.
• Participates in rapid response deployments and afterhours On-Call rotations.
• Monitors Rapid Response System and maintains shift logs; coordinates weekend shifts.
