Republic Services is seeking a Container Welder/Fabricator to repair, paint, and perform maintenance on our containers and roll-off boxes. You will weld steel and aluminum, fabricate components, and install lids and wheels while ensuring safety and documentation compliance.

Qualified candidates are certified welders with MIG/ARC experience and the ability to follow directions with minimal supervision. Position includes a pay range of $22.40–$30.80 per hour, depending on locality.

Competenze

• Certified welder.
• Advanced knowledge of MIG & stick welders, plasma cutter, and airless paint sprayers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervisory involvement.

Mansioni

• Repair and maintain front, rear and roll-off containers.
• Weld steel and aluminum components using MIG and ARC welding equipment.
• Fabricate steel components using brake and shear.
• Cut steel using plasma cutter or torch.
• Fabricate steel components for hoppers, containers and compactors.
• Install lids and wheels on containers.
• Paint repaired containers.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; complete required paperwork.
