Job summary

Peet’s Coffee in Minnesota is seeking a Production Team Member to join our 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm to midnight). You will assist the packaging of premium coffee, help meet daily production quotas, and uphold the strict safety and quality standards that define Peet’s.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in an industrial setting, basic math and computer skills, and a team-focused attitude. The role offers $17–$18 per hour, overtime, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team in a production environment.
• Commitment to safety rules and quality standards.
• Attention to detail to maintain product quality.
• Basic computer and software skills for production systems.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with the production team to ensure safety and quality while meeting production goals.
• Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking.
• Comply with safety and food safety practices consistently.
• Report safety and quality concerns to Leadership.
• Operate packaging line with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.
