Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Cobot Robotic Weld Operator (2nd Shift) to operate cobot weld cells and ensure quality through proper machine operation and inspections.

The role requires 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work on the 3PM-1AM schedule. Candidates should be familiar with blueprints and basic measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans for this position.
• Relocation not offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Greenwood facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate cobot welding cells to perform high-quality welds.
• Set up, start, change over, and shut down cobot welding operations.
• Fabricate parts from steel, aluminum, and cast metal per blueprints.
• Perform metal joining and cutting with cobots with precise programmed actions.
• Inspect final products and measure parts with tape measures and calipers.
• Identify process improvements and perform root cause analysis.
• Follow TPM/5S maintenance protocols daily.
