Job summary

Watts is seeking a skilled Machinist for the 2nd shift in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will perform precision CNC program adjustments, machine setup and operation, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and on-time production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of machining experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a safety-first mindset. On-site position with full benefits and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and tooling improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience with lathes and mills.
• Must read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Safety-minded with adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Modify and fine-tune CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including multi-axis systems.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to address issues and improvements.
• Maintain records of setups and tooling changes and support preventive maintenance.
