Job summary

Watts Water seeks a skilled Machinist to perform precise machining tasks at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. You will modify CNC programs, set up and run CNC and manual machines, and work with engineering and quality teams to uphold high standards of quality and safety.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, train junior machinists, and maintain accurate setup records while operating forklifts as needed in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience working with lathes and mills.
• Understanding of safety practices and procedures.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Modify CNC programs to maintain efficiency and accuracy per engineering specs.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including multi-axis systems.
• Diagnose and resolve machining and equipment issues; escalate when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
• Train new employees and share best practices.
