Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience.
• Experience with lathes and mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Modify and tune CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machining issues with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain records of setups and tooling changes and ensure safety compliance.
