Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a mechanically inclined individual for a 2nd shift role (2:00pm - 10:00pm) in Milwaukee. The candidate will set up, run, and troubleshoot CNC or manual machines and contribute to overall cell productivity.

Required are a high School diploma and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Snap-on is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and machining experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and working with drawings and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and operate all machinery in cell.
• Assist and train other cell operators.
• Submit required data and documentation accurately.
• Meet and maintain department productivity goals.
• Follow safe operating procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure print specifications.
• Make minor edits to CNC programs.
