Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with automation equipment or relevant technical experience.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automation equipment at the El Paso facility.
• Commission new equipment and startup validation.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues on CNC systems.
• Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to reduce downtime.
• Ensure CNC programs are loaded, executed, and adjusted per production needs.
