Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ manufacturing experience OR a degree in a technical discipline.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (mechanical, electrical and schematics).
• Experience with electrical diagrams and CAD/drafting principles.
• Must be within 50 miles of El Paso, TX facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3-D models, flat files, and drawings using Inventor and related software.
• Create mechanical designs per specifications and develop BOMs.
• Maintain part numbers and support manufacturing information and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design requirements.
• Ensure compliance with plant quality standards and relevant codes.
