Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician (PCD) – 2nd Shift to join the team. The role ensures equipment runs at optimal standards per manufacturer specs and participates in commissioning new equipment.

The position offers an hourly rate of $25.00 plus $1 shift differential and eligibility for a variable incentive. Shift is 4:00pm-12:45am with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years maintenance or relevant experience.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• No relocation beyond 50 miles of El Paso facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commissioning new equipment and startup validation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance procedures and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems (software/hardware).
• Participate in risk assessments to reduce safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance logs and communicate equipment status.
• Monitor compressed air systems to ensure proper performance.
• Coordinate with facilities, electricians, plumbers, and other service providers.
• Assist in wastewater, chemical handling and spill program.
• Manage inventory stock levels and material orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to EHS guidelines.
