Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Test Engineering Technician 2nd Shift in El Paso, TX. The role involves supporting the test engineer with setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical test equipment used in Eaton products. You will collect data, document procedures, and ensure quality and compliance.

Hours are 4:00pm-12:45am. The position offers benefits, a shift differential, and eligible incentives; candidates should be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have at least

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, electrical technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or testing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and support multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Test Engineer with setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical test equipment.
• Collect and record test data accurately for analysis and ensure product quality.
• Follow test procedures and safety protocols and maintain logs and manuals.
• Assist in calibration and routine maintenance of test equipment.
• Help implement improvements and support operator training on basic test equipment.
