Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) for the El Paso, TX site. The role includes commissioning new equipment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep systems running per specs.

The position offers $25.00/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential and eligibility for a variable incentive plan, with a 4:00pm-12:45am shift. Strong maintenance, PLC, schematics, and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years maintenance or relevant experience.
• Experience reading electrical, control, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• PLC knowledge and ability to read, modify, upload programs, and wire devices.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and startup validation of equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Analyze complex control systems to resolve software/hardware problems.
• Maintain maintenance logs and coordinate with facilities and vendors.
• Monitor compressed air systems and ensure safe, clean work areas.
