Anderson|Biro, LLC is seeking a dependable Chemical Mixer Operator for 2nd shift (2:00pm–12:00am). You will prepare batch formulations, coordinate raw materials, and perform in-process quality checks to support production schedules.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. You will document activities in the ERP system, follow work orders, and help maintain inventory and equipment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret work orders, schedules, and production instructions.
• Coordinate and stage materials required for daily batch preparation.
• Follow formulation and mixing procedures to complete production batches accurately.
• Ensure all labeling requirements and product documentation are completed correctly.
• Perform in-process testing and quality checks to verify material conformance.
• Conduct visual inspections of mixing equipment before, during, and after operation.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on mixing machinery.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support continuous production.
• Safely operate equipment and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Utilize ERP systems to document production activities and inventory transactions.
