Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of batching equipment, systems, and processes.

• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, SQF).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Batching Duties: Follow the batching process, including accurate measurement and mixing of ingredients according to recipe specifications and production schedules.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and GMP to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of batch production, ingredient usage, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance activities.
