Job summary

Novagard in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Chemical Mixer for a 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 12:00 am, Mon-Thu). The mixer coordinates materials for daily batch mixes and ensures completed mixes are ready for packaging on the production line.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and the ability to read work orders, perform in-process testing, and maintain inventory. Netsuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read and understand basic work orders and scheduling.
• Follow steps to complete work orders and labeling requirements.
• Perform in-process testing to ensure material conformance.
• Inspect mixing equipment visually.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on mixing machinery.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure continuous production.
• Knowledge of at least one formulation/mix process.
• Familiar with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials for daily batch mixes.
• Store completed mixes in totes until packaging on the production line.
• Read and follow work orders and scheduling.
