Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to load/unload and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Read, understand and follow directions and posted warning signs.
• Complete OSHA Powered Industrial Equipment training and pass tests.

Responsibilities

• Batch product according to approved recipe and GMP.
• Coordinate staging of ingredients and equipment to avoid line stoppage.
• Operate batching room and thermal units and adjust as per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper waste disposal of materials.
• Log production data: product, lot number, line speeds, downtime.
