Job summary

Arandell is seeking a 2nd shift Bindery Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead a team, assign personnel to the schedule, and ensure production aligns with job specs and quality standards. The role reports to the Bindery Manager and emphasizes safety, process discipline, and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of supervisory experience in a bindery, preferably in printing, with a track record in quality and teamwork. Union facility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in a bindery department.
• Experience running a bindery department in the printing industry.
• Experience in a union facility is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing class mail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and safety-conscious behavior.
• Monitor Bindery Department production and maintain quality standards.
• Follow plant and OSHA procedures and collaborate with other departments.
• Support personnel development, coaching, and employee evaluations.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, terminations or discipline as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and positive customer relations; support environmental programs.
