Job summary

Linemark Printing is seeking an experienced Bindery Supervisor to lead our 2nd and 3rd shift Bindery teams. You will supervise non-exempt staff, manage schedules, ensure quality, and drive production targets.

You will coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed while delivering on-time, high-quality finished products for

Qualifications

• Must supervise non-exempt bindery staff on 2nd/3rd shifts.
• Review production schedules and allocate manpower resources.
• Ensure staff are trained and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain quality and meet output targets.
• Resolve production issues and communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Operate all bindery equipment.
• Schedule and supervise department staff to meet objectives.
• Maintain clean work area around machines.
• Maintain machinery in good operating condition.
• Record daily production in OnTrack.
• Attend daily production meetings.
• Review production schedules and allocate resources.
• Hire and train new staff.
• Ensure finished products meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Pressroom, Prepress, and Mailing.
• Perform other duties as required.
