Job summary

Arandell Corporation in Maple Grove, MN, seeks a Bindery Supervisor to lead a team of up to 45 operators and assistants in a 315,000 sq ft facility. You will oversee safety, quality, and productivity across saddle stitchers and co-mailing lines to ensure on-time delivery of high-impact catalogs.

Reporting to the Bindery Manager, you’ll assign personnel, monitor performance, coordinate make-ready, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict adherence to OSHA and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a supervisory role in high-volume printing or industrial manufacturing finishing.
• Experience with saddle stitchers and inline mailing equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and safety leadership toward a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bindery Operators, Pocket Feeders, and Assistants to meet daily output goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced bindery environment.
• Coordinate setup, troubleshoot, and reduce downtime across lines.
• Monitor metrics, conduct shift handoffs, and report to Bindery Manager.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
