Job summary

Linemark Printing is seeking an experienced Bindery Supervisor to oversee the 2nd and 3rd shift Bindery department. You will direct non-exempt staff, review schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure safety and quality across all bindery operations.

You will work closely with Production, Pressroom, Prepress, and Mailing teams to resolve scheduling issues, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in processes and output. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on operational expertise.

Qualifications

• First-line supervision of non-exempt bindery staff.
• Oversee production schedules, materials and manpower.
• Ensure staff safety and training on equipment.
• Communicate production expectations and resolve schedule issues.

Responsibilities

• Directs bindery staff on 2nd and 3rd shifts to meet output.
• Maintains production records and reports progress.
• Schedules and assigns staff to align with workload.
• Collaborates with Pressroom, Prepress, Mailing, and other departments.
• Ensures quality and adherence to safety practices.
