Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a production-oriented team member to support high-speed beverage manufacturing. You will follow GMPs, PPE protocols, and QA standards while maintaining smooth production flow and accurate documentation.

The role also involves equipment changeovers, sanitation, and cross-training tasks to support a fast-paced plant. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong math and measurement skills, and forklift familiarity or certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Able to understand production machinery and readings.
• Capable of working under pressure with accuracy.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Knowledge of gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements helpful.
• WHIMIS/HACCP training preferred; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse and production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and minor servicing as needed.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Perform sanitation and assist in cross-training and inventory tasks.
