Refresco is seeking a Machine Operator to support our beverage production lines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient operations. The role requires monitoring equipment, adhering to SOPs, and performing changeovers as needed.

You will follow GMPs, wear PPE, and maintain accurate production records while coordinating with team members to minimize downtime and waste in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-speed beverage production preferred.
• WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene training preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Mansioni

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear required PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying raw materials.
• Read and adhere to production schedules and communicate issues.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production/quality data accurately.
• Conduct equipment and general sanitation as assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with all departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Identify production issues via visual and audible cues.
