Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the US 2nd Shift (1:45pm to 10:15pm). The role focuses on maintaining production flow, operating high-speed beverage equipment, and adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Experience in beverage manufacturing is preferred. The position requires basic math, ability to read gauges, and proficiency with documentation and downtime reporting. OT and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in the warehouse or production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations with appropriate parties.
• Maintain production flow on machinery by supplying raw materials and performing minor servicing.
• Record downtime and quality data accurately.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Conduct sanitation and equipment maintenance as assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory management tasks.
