Job summary

REFRESCO is seeking a 2nd shift operator to support beverage production in a fast-paced facility. You will follow GMPs, execute batching and blending tasks, operate forklifts for material handling, and ensure product quality aligns with specifications.

The role requires familiarity with SAP systems, HACCP and food-safety standards, and the ability to work in a high-stress environment. Overtime and weekend work are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school certification required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene preferred.
• Strong English communication.
• Familiar with production schedules and lab testing.
• Emphasizes safety, quality, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Ensure quality and integrity of product runs per specifications.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and manage bulk supplies.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and food safety requirements before batching.
• Record batch data and forward to QA/Blending for review.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP of lines and equipment.
• Unload tankers of bulk concentrates as needed.
• Report non-compliance and safety issues to management.
