Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for US 2nd Shift (1:45pm to 10:15pm) in San Antonio, TX. The role involves maintaining production flow on high-speed lines, performing equipment checks, and adhering to GMPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment is preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and communicate deviations clearly.
• Forklift certification may be required; basic math and gauge readings.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring equipment and supplying materials.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and routine sanitation.
• Record production and quality data; maintain accurate downtime logs.
• Follow SOPs for changeovers and interpret imperial/metric measurements.
• Work with multiple departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and participate in safety and monthly trainings.
